We offer a flat rate shipping of only $2.99 for your entire order... no matter how big. We ship very quickly! Most merchandise ships within 1-2 business days of payment. And because of our central US location, most orders arrive in 2-5 days! All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive an e-mail with a delivery confirmation or tracking number when your order is shipped. We pack items professionally and take a lot of care in making sure our customers receive their items in great condition. Currently, we only ship to the United States. Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout, as we are unable to make any changes once your purchase is complete.
No Hassles! Our top priority is to provide the best possible service; that is why we want to have the best return policy available where your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for a refund. Please make sure to contact us if there is a problem, as opposed to leaving negative reviews. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your transaction and we will do our best to right any wrongs. We want to build a lifelong customer and will do everything we can to make sure that happens. Returns must include a packing slip and the items must be in original, undamaged condition, including tags and labels. Buyers need to request a return authorization through us and then ship the item back to us. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer.
Returns resulting from incorrectly sent or damaged merchandise will be the full responsibility of Sports Etc and the buyer will receive a 100% refund, including shipping charges. Have an issue?
